In-Home Support Services
Gold Coast & Northern NSW
ConnectCare provides in-home help to older people and to NDIS participants, from Hope Island through to Kingscliff. Our own support workers, arranged and scheduled by us — and you get the same person every visit.
Daily Living Support
Meal preparation and cooking, a hand getting ready for the day, medication reminders, and help with everyday routines.
Our support workers help with the everyday things that keep a household running and a routine steady. The same person comes each visit, so they learn how you like things done and notice when something changes.
What's included:
Respite for Family Carers
A few hours each week so the person caring at home can get out. Company and supervision, same person every visit.
Caring for someone at home is constant work. We send the same support worker each week to sit with them, make a cup of tea and keep them company, so you can head out to an appointment, do the shopping, or simply have a break.

House Cleaning & Domestic Assistance
Our support workers keep the house clean, safe and comfortable — weekly cleans, laundry and heavier household jobs.
A clean and tidy home is essential for health and wellbeing. Our own workers handle the vacuuming, the bathroom, the kitchen and the washing — whether that's a weekly clean or a hand with the jobs that have built up. Every worker is police checked and insured.

Shopping Assistance
Our support workers help with grocery shopping, chemist runs and daily errands — with you, or on your behalf.
Getting out to the shops can be hard work. Our workers either come along with you, so you keep doing it yourself, or take the list and do it for you and put it all away when they get back.

Gardening & Yard Maintenance
Our team handles lawn mowing, weeding, pruning and general yard upkeep.
An overgrown yard can become a safety hazard. Our workers keep your outdoor spaces safe, tidy and enjoyable — whether it's a fortnightly mow or a seasonal tidy-up.

NDIS Participants
Support for NDIS Participants
We work with self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. We can invoice your plan manager directly, so there's no paperwork at your end. Our rates are set in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits 2026-27 — see our hourly rates.

What we don't do
— Showering, bathing or toileting
— Medication administration (we do reminders only)
— Overnight, live-in or 24-hour support
— Nursing or clinical care
— SIL or supported accommodation
